My boyfriend and I were separately adopting cats. My application had an issue with my vet records and I received a call to notify me of this and ask if there was more up to date information My boyfriend had a similar issue. Though his pet records were lost with the closing of the pet clinic to COVID-19, he and his family have made many vet visits since then that show they are up to date on things. His vet clinic released incorrect material that is an EASY solve. We already have the correct records that show this was a mistake. But my boyfriend already received his rejection email and abbey did not care to try and resolve this.
