Vegan baker Beca-Lew Skeels of Leeuw Bake Shop, along with Anna Talaga, is embarking on an exciting new endeavor: a new twist on the ever-popular cat cafe. The Catio, opening in East Nashville this fall, will include a vegan bakery, as well as a cat lounge and store offering a whole range of cat-safe plants. The two announced that they have applied for a building permit and anticipate an October opening date.
