Unfortunately, Madison’s only cat café is closing its doors. Due to a construction project on Monroe St. that began back in March, Cat Café Mad experienced a significant decrease in revenue. Following a GoFundMe campaign to save the business, it was announced a week ago that the café will transition to self-serve coffee and tea at the end of June and will be closing permanently mid-July.
All merchandise at the café is currently 20% off and they still have foster cats in need of adoption. If you’re in the Madison area, stop by before they close!
